How do I make an appointment?
If you are interested in making an appointment for a consultation, please contact us at (919) 784-7400. Additionally, there are some minor procedures that may be performed in our office. Our physician schedulers are happy to assist you with making an appointment.
We do our best to accommodate patients' schedules. Upon arrival, you'll be asked to fill out forms regarding your current medical condition and previous medical history. This is a necessary part of the evaluation and examination process and enables us to complete insurance claims on your behalf.
How do I get prescription refills?
Please call your pharmacy and ask them to contact our office for prescription refills.
How does your office handle financial & insurance information?
Health insurance is filed by courtesy of our staff. We ask that you please provide us with current and accurate information regarding your coverage. Medicare is accepted as well as a wide variety of insurers.
What do I do in case of emergency?
In the event of an emergency a surgeon is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the emergency occurs outside the normal office hours, please call the office at (919) 784-7400 and you will be directed to our answering service.
